‘Saints Fitness’ exercise programme
The sports centre staff at the University are here to help, offering a range of fitness services and a diverse exercise class programme, we strive to ensure there is something suitable for everyone!
- The Saints Fitness class timetable offers exercise classes to fit your lifestyle, with a range of classes, each with its own specific goals, with the new timetable categorising classes, making it even easier to select the right class for you!
- The Fitness Team within the department are all highly qualified exercise professionals who want to help you make the most of your time within the fitness suites. Offering bespoke personal exercise plans designed with your goals in mind.
- The department have recently recruited more Personal trainers to further strengthen the team, with their own unique skills in a number of different areas, including exercise rehabilitation, expert kettlebell instruction and boxing fitness plans.
- Strength & Conditioning team expertise is also available, the department are proud to have staff who have a real passion for sport and the knowledge and expertise to help athletes perform at the highest level.
